The team that helped with our line management (implementation manager, expense management expert, and delivery manager) was professional, proficient, and very good with communication. They helped us optimize our services and billing with the carriers, which is exactly why we sought out brightfin's help in the first place. The UEM team helped us transition from one mobile device management system to another by walking us through the portal and showing us how to program our devices.
