Overall, the experience working with Verizon has been pretty good.  Once everything is setup and no changes are being made, the portal is great and services are easy to manage.  Our biggest problem has been growth.  The unnecessary hurdles to jump through make adding additional lines difficult and time consuming.  if no changes are needed, this is great.  if lines change or you are porting over additional, be prepared for headaches.
