The NOC support reduced daily network noise. Before using CDW, our team spend too much time reacting to smaller network alerts and checking whether issues were real or just transient. CDW's monitoring helped filter some of that. Not every alert needed our attention, and that alone saved time. Single point of contact was actually useful. Having CDW coordinate between carriers, device vendors, and our internal team helped a lot. In the past, we would lose time figuring out whether an outage was a firewall issue, ISP issue, or something else. With CDW owning the initial triage, the process felt less scattered. Good coverage for branch networking. They were strongest with common branch network work: WAN issues, switch/AP alerts, basic firewall changes, VPN checks, and device health monitoring. For a company with several locations but not a large networking team, that is where they bring the real value.
