Service felt very slow or techs didn't know what they were doing at times. They've asked questions multiple times during some of our calls over the same concerns. Tasks as simple as updating the firmware would take up to four hours and once took 2 weekends to complete. Eventually gave up on them and handled all networking in-house, which has significantly reduced weekend maintenance hours.
