I am writing this note as we have had very poor customer service even before we have started our contract. Mind you this is Kyocera document solutions UK.

During negotiations we requested delivery dates. We were told this will be difficult until the order was loaded on the system. Having given the order were told confirmed ETA's were not available but items would be delivered on the dates promised.

With a week to go still when pushed for delivery dates we were told only 5 of the 33 printers could be delivered on time. Now our emails go unanswered and an attempt to call one of the people in the kyocera paper trail has our phone on hold for the last 30 minutes! I would not recommend them to anyone and regret we made a decision to change our incumbent supplier.
