The platform is versatile enough to be a custom solution to suit or organisation, ERP structure and manufacturing processes meanwhile maintaining rigidity to ensure process is followed correctly. 2. Integration with ERP to provide our operators with all the information they need to perform their tasks and ability to confirm operation cycle times and completion flags back to ERP. 3. MESWEB reporting gives us lots of insight to our manufacturing processes

1. Separate access for MESWEB central and measurement admin, redundancy in maintenance and granting access, should be incorporated into profile's access 2. Support team is hard to understand the issues or problem that occur 3. Slow response on the support ticket, some tickets raised 2 or 3 months ago but never been attended
