1) The complex of the implementation is too much. It may requiere significant effort, time and expertise. You need to carefull plan this in order to do it right. You also need to take into consideration data migration, integration with other systems which coul increse the project complexity.2) You have to make sure you have people with the right skills in order to operate this system and mantaingn it. 3) The integration with ERP system is complex.
