I like the full digitalization best. It completely removes paper. The system guides you step-by-step through weighing and packaging, which stops human mistakes. I also love that it automatically takes data from scales and machines. It saves a lot of time and logs everything perfectly.

1. Installations/Upgrades are difficult and required a lot of overhead for our team. 2. PASX2DCS Knowledge/Support - We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and testing PCS Adapters and have had difficulty connecting to other systems (PLCs, SCADA, etc.). 3. Error reporting - Many errors in the logs, integrity checks, and application are not always straight forward (or are in german). This can make it difficult to troubleshoot. 4. Training required - The application is very large and has many facets based on the level of integration we want to reach. This requires a vast amount of training and trial/error. It isn't as intuitive as I would expect (e.g. printing/printer setup, PCSMBR elements, usergroup setup, approval workflows, etc.)
