Self-configurable was a huge selling point for us. The ability to not wait for a contractor/vendor to discuss, quote, and execute any necessary changes has allowed us to be nimble and respond to the needs of our patients. Reduction in costs for generation and review of production records has allowed us to meet corporate green initiatives. Great Customer Service to handle the questions we have and their willingness to discuss solutions for anything we throw at them. Ever adapting platform to come up with innovative ways to address the unmet needs of their clients.

Limitations of license types are not always clear. Reports are not user friendly and may require additional work. Changing license type is quite complicated and the system doesn't stop you from using more licenses than you actually have. Effective use of Forms requires a full license, which is not a cost effective approach.
