The software is kind of clunky and not very user friendly.  You need to know exactly what you are doing to use SAP.

My overall experience with SAP is very positive, it provides a control over batch manufacturing record, batch tracking, and ensuring tracking activity of inventories. While it can be a little difficult at the beginning, once understood and training is successful, SAP helps greatly in transparency, standardization and decision making across the organization. Overall it was a very nice experience all together.
