Some of the strengths include: - Robust Custom Workflows: Our work in bid management requires strict and sometiones non-linear progression. (New Requests, Accepted, Waiting for Inputs, on Hold, In Review, Completed, etc). Conditional logic has allowed our team to enforce manadatory fields such as work type, due dates, region, customer name, etc. to be filled before a ticket can being created and eliminates omissions. - Automated Workflows and notifications: Setting up automated rules has been a timesaver for us in the Bid process lifecycle and not losing out on any lead time. It integrates seamlessly with chat services (Slack) to notify required stakeholder and also provide links that directly takes them to the ticket with the relevant tasks and RFX documents and links. - Advanced Filters: Multi-level filtering helps us to build customized dahsboards for QBRs and also helps us find the relevant details very quickly.

It can be overcomplicated for fairly simple tasks, and there are sometimes too many clicks to get where you need to go. It can also look a little daunting to team members if they don't regularly use similar SaaS tools, despite it being quite intuitive for them once they master the basics. The notifications can also get noisy, and setting up workflows can take a very long time.
