I enjoy how granular you can get with assigning tasks, checklist items, and leaving comments. We were able to create task templates that could be easily duplicated within each client calendar/workspace. Having task statuses was a game changer for tracking progress with each of our clients, helping us determine stages of production and approval for individual posts. The workspaces were incredibly helpful for keeping clients separate, and still having the Everything tab to get a broad overview of overall workflow. CALENDAR VIEW SAVED MY LIFE.

It may just be our implementation, but would like it to be more integrated. As a casual user, sometimes doing a project, like keeping a trade show organized, having a quick way to do it. For me there were a lot of steps to get a project set up etc.
