It's a fairly intuitive piece of software with a learning curve to unlock the advanced features. Lots of what you'd expect in a project management software, including assigning work and timeline management.

I have had a great experience using Wrike for our project management system within our department and for use with other campus partners across our university. I think Wrike is excellent from a collaboration standpoint - it's easy to have multiple people involved in a job just by tagging them or adding the project into their folders - and the job itself continues to move forward through various channels from beginning to completion while people join or leave the project. That also helps with workflow automation.

I think it's great for data mangement as well - it's easy to organize projects into folders and subfolders and easy to export reports on the projects, as well.
