The biggest opportunity is for improved project management and communication. Although meetings were frequent, scheduling time with the proper EnterWorks team members and developers was difficult. There was little involvement in our planning increments, no communication on upgrades of the tool roadmap, and poor change management during the implementation. They also had significant turnover in the EnterWorks team throughout our implementation and afterwards.
