Webex Suite provides a dependable experience for online meetings and collaborative team work. Video and audio are always excellent, and security functionality is also strong. Still, the application is somewhat busy and has usability areas particularly related to sharing files and control over meetings that can be made easier

I've had an exquisite experience using Webex. I have been using it for a while now, I started using it for my interview calls and now I use it as a conferencing app on a daily basis. I like how everything - meetings, messages, and file sharing are all in one place. The video and audio quality is better, and it's easier to schedule and join meetings. One of the best things about Webex is how it transcribes the whole meeting recording. The noise cancellation feature also helps to keep the background noise to a minimum.

Overall, it's a good and reliable platform for professional communication whether you are in the office or working remotely.

I have also attended many webinars using this platform and the experience has been very good with crisp clear audio and video clarity. It also has integration with other tools like Microsoft Teams and Slack which is very good since my remaining clients use teams for their project meetings and needs. It's also a very dependable platform for meetings, webinars and team collaboration, especially for businesses that have security and reliability as their number one priority. My experience with the Webex suite of products has been mostly positive, however, it is not perfect.  I find that Webex is well received for its security focus and is universally known.  Feature wise, however, I find that webex does lack the feature rich capabilities of some competitors.  For example, in Webex meetings, the controls to manage your background and other effects are more limited here.  Chat features across participants are clunky and the overall experience is not in line with more modern and intuitive solutions available.  It accomplishes its goal as an easily adoptable meeting solution and communication platform, but is in heavy need of a UI refresh and improvement to the overall experience.
