Meeting scheduling, breakout rooms, and admin user management are my most appreciated features. The processes and workflows are fairly intuitive and simple to learn, and it works as expected very consistently.

Inability to bypass on the password requirement or not to force people to wait. Also, I had to go to AI just to find out how to disable people from 'sharing'. I should be able to set that by default and also have others not show their video etc. but it's not clear.
