was a positive experience. very easy to deal with and integration was relatively quick. The team liked the mobility of everything however there were some manual issues that they had to deal with but nothing that was a deal breaker.

The Bell Total Connect product was developed by BroadSoft, and Bell did not have the expected expertise on their own product.  The technical people that were sent our way did not know the product technically and we struggled with firewall issues.  After finally implementing it and resolving bugs, it has functioned well.
