We initially really liked and recommended them, and integrated with them. Recently, they tried to use their free tier as a hostage (which they state is free unlimited push notifications) and force you into sales calls to upgrade from what they advertise as unlimited. Ultimately they blocked us from their product without a sales call and cut us off from their service as we were over the "Unlimited" threshold at 1M (which we had been for years). This was disruptive and seemed like a very unethical move. I would highly recommend people to move away from this company.
