When we signed the contract we had a hard time integrating it into to our operations, meaning we spent a lot of money for very little value. We have since then received a lot of support and attention from their customer facing team and the experience is now very good. One downside that we noticed when we started to use the product is that there are a few bugs popping up here and there in the product that we have purchased which is not good.

- The system is able to handle a high-volume of messages to large groups of users.
- Scheduling messaging is very flexible!
- Integration with our consent management system was very straight-forward (esp compared to a lot of the other things we needed to work with - this was very helpful)
- SDK updates are stable and have clear and detailed release notes < this is a real standout from many service providers with SDKs that we work with
- The overall tool set-up and integration was very direct to get done.
