What I like the most about MoEngage is its powerful yet easy to use journey builder and real time segmentation. It enables highly personalised multichannel campaigns without heavy technical effort, while the built-in analytics and AI insights help optimise performance and drive better results.

1. Can be unreliable. We've faced constant issues and bugs when trying a feature we haven't tried yet or in segmentation rules not working in flows that has flow-on effects negatively impacting our customers' experience. 2. Sometimes UI doesn't feel intuitive, so some tasks take longer than they should. 3. Support is hit or miss. Sometimes support team is great at communicating progress updates, investigation outcomes and fixes, and other times they don't do any of this. We've solved our own problems previously because the team weren't able to help. The level of support is inconsistent.
