I love the basic reports that I can export from the Payroll module and, yes, I use Excel to analyze the data for errors.

A lot of the tools are basic or US focused and limited with regards to multicountry use: e.g. performance employee properties cannot be selected as a filter criteria to assign eligible employees eloomi learning, you are not able to force employees to view the presentation before taking the test core: role based permission is not allowing you to exclude functions e.g. hr for performance or succession from viewing their peers, which makes it difficult.
