NetBrain Next-Gen helped improve automation and visibility across our multivendor network environment, especially during troubleshooting activities. The mapping and orchestration features are useful, but setup and system integration required more effort than expected. Configuration management works reasonably well, although usability and reporting still need improvement in some operational scenarios.

To be really honest, my experience with NetBrain Next-Gen has been really really good so far, I have been using it for about 12-16 months now. As a network engineer, one of the first things I noticed was how quickly it was able to discover and map our network without us having to spend a lot of time maintaining it manually. That part alone has been a big time saver for the team.

NetBrain is especially helpful when we are dealing with incidents. Earlier, we had to switch between different tools and do a lot of guesswork to figure out where the problem might be. Now, with automated path analysis and real-time diagnostics, we can trace the root cause much faster, which has noticeably reduced our MTTR. That said, the system integration part of NetBrain is also very impressive and top notch.

Overall its a great tool and you must give it a try.
