Like anything it has good and bad.  I like the feature set and the direction they are taking with AI and tag based security policy.  So far I am not impressed with Professional Services while we are in the deployment phase.  The actual management of the on prem servers and patching / upgrades is very clunky and difficult, I expect to be holding supports hand every time we carry this out, and the feature releases are frequent.

Overall, we ha a good experience with Tufin. There are still some areas that require improvement (Such as Gui enhancements and certain functions), but in general, the platform is very helpful, especially when compliance is involved.
Tufin allows us to gain better visibility into our network and understand what is happening based on our configurations, suck risky ports and usage.
