The ease of use is incredible. Instead of jumping through all the hoops required to build up the infrastructure to build an agent and then connect to Asana, having it already embedded and able to be spun up in just a few clicks was amazing.

dislikes
overall product structure is not really designed for our engineering process. We are a manufacturing facilty and the way we have to track our work is somewhat clunky with Asana.
