What do you like most about the product or service?

- flexible product engine - webservices availability - front-end usability for issuing process

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

- some processes of the OOTB solution are not fully optimized and need customization - rest services availabilty roadmap has to be completed - platform has to be evolved to fully manage the insurance direct business

If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

nothing

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

I suggest to limit the software customization adopting OOTB solution
