Overall Comment:"TIA has improved a lot the last 2 years: more focus on what customers need and helping and listening to customers. We've had good discussions and help with topics like GDPR, SEPA and upgrading. Also good explorative sessions on pricing combined with RADAR and Claim handling."
We've implemented TIA in our application architecture where TIA had to fit the gap. This has led to some decisions not using TIA's strenght and adding customizations and complexity. The TIA solution does exactly what you would expect from a solid policy administration.
TIA is a solid stand alone solution. We use it for an on line insurance company which requires many integrations. This is quite complex and a lot of work.
