My overall experience with AWS CloudWatch is positive. We use CloudWatch to monitor our managed service platform hosted in the AWS cloud environment, starting with basic instance-level metrics such as CPU utilization and Network I/O etc. For detailed monitoring, we deployed CloudWatch Agent on target servers to enable monitoring of additional metrics including memory utilization, logs, traces, and process or service monitoring.  We also use CloudWatch to monitor other AWS services such as storage, database, and load balancer etc as its out-of-the box capability.
We have integrated CloudWatch with external tools/systems (like observability tools) to collect monitoring data, configured threshold-based alerts and automated incident creation in our ITSM platform. Overall, CloudWatch provides reliable monitoring capabilities that align well with AWS-based infrastructure requirements.

En mi opnion AWS CloudWatch es un servicio muy potente y estable lo que a mi modo de ver le hace muy confiable como herramienta de monitorizacion de elementos en produccion de nuestra organizacion.
Bajo mi experiencia me quedo con que funciona muy bien en las alarmas en tiempo real y como aspecto a mejorar destacaria que no es facil de usar y menos aun intuitivo, cosa a mejorar en este caso.

In my opinion, AWS CloudWatch is a very powerful and stable service, which makes it a very reliable tool for monitoring production elements within our organization. Based on my experience, I've found that it works very well with real-time alerts. However, as an area for improvement, I would highlight that it's not easy to use, and even less so intuitive—something that needs to be addressed.

Amazon CloudWatch works well as a monitoring tool, especially if you are already using AWS services. It is easy to get started with and gives good visibility into metrics, logos, and alarms without needing much setup. 

What works well is how tightly it integrates with AWS services, you can quickly track resource usage, set alerts, and view logs in one place. It does the core job reliably. However, once things get more complex (large scale logging, deeper analysis, or cross service tracing), it starts to feel limited and sometimes feels harder to manage.
