1. Structured check-in templates: Having a set format for my biweekly updates means I spend less time figuring out what to write and more time actually reflecting on my work and goals. My manager can quickly see where I am without us needing a separate meeting. 2. Slack notifications: Rather than having to remember to log in and check 15Five independently, relevant updates and reminders come through Slack automatically. This keeps the whole team aligned without adding extra steps to anyone's workflow. 3. Integrated performance and peer review cycles: The ability to gather peer input and complete self-evaluations within the same system as our regular check-ins makes the annual review feel like a natural continuation rather than a separate burden. It also makes the link between ongoing feedback and final performance decisions very clear.

I honestly can't think of much to say about dislikes about the product. As a more basic user, I might not have as many challenges or frustrations compared to an admin or super-user. We have been using it more for growth goals and conversations around such. However, we also have a separate tool for our HRIS, and the two have never been integrated. I imagine this may be due to integration challenges, which may cause your team to have to do some additional manual work. Although I really enjoy the 1-to-1 features, I would also like to see more variety in some of the questions. If you do weekly check-ins through the tool, it can start to feel a bit repetitive. This is especially true for questions around projects that don't tend to change from week-to-week, meaning there's no updates to provide and the questions can really be skipped.
