The sales pitch and product are great but the customer service is horrible, not responding for several weeks or not responding at all requiring senior leadership to reach out to the CEO of EMPtrust in order to get support during implementation.  In addition the audit we paid for missed many things requiring a completely new audit to be conducted.  Despite looping in the CEO and senior leadership, the response times did not improve until the past few months.  The poor quality and lack of responses significantly delayed the implementation of our audit.

The sales process and functionality of EMP Trust has been great! The onboarding process did have some bumps. The team I worked with did not speak English as a first language and that created a communication barrier with many of my questions being misunderstood and mis-answered. I also had some access issues in the beginning that where ignored multiple times until I was very insistent about it. The rest of the experience has been wonderful. The product does what we need and works well with ADP Run. It is a streamlined way to onboard employees and complete E-Verify for I-9s.
