- Reputation: Human has held strong its reputation in the space as a trusted source of IVT detection - Service: Early in our partnership with WhiteOps/Human, I was often frustrated at the lack of attention to requests and other needs I had to use the product and interpret the results. That has completely changed. - UI: While Human has moved to a UI, I'm still using the legacy UI. It's like comfort food for me.

1. Lack of Transparency: The system acts as a black box regarding its detectors, providing little visibility into how they function. 2. Limited Customization: There is minimal room for manual adjustment. While policy rules can be created, achieving optimal results often requires contacting support to up further detections. 3. Notification Issues: Changes to bot indicators are frequent, but there is no proactive notification system. Users are forced to manually check the detection changes tab to stay informed.
