Many common security concerns related to cloud services are alleviated by Oracle's robust security infrastructure, which includes sophisticated encryption and compliance tools. Additionally, by facilitating smooth connectivity, the platform makes managing multiple disparate systems easier.

Some of the processes around patches, environments and support of the cloud seem immature and inflexible compared to a previous on premise experience. eg. the time taken to copy an environment or stand up a new environment is ridiculously long.
