My onboarding experience was made special by this vendor’s approach to user experience and their expertise in Workplace technologies. When i collected my new starter rucksack from the Tech Bar, everything i needed was in it, from laptop and mobile, through to peripherals, all fully configured and ready to go. I was up and running on my first day within two hours. when i later experienced issues with my mobile, their Onsite Support (Tech Bar) and Remote Support quickly resolved the issue.
