In the Digital Workspace area, Unisys has been an excellent partner.  We have a very collaborative relationship with great sharing of ideas.  Unisys consistently demonstrates a focus on keeping our environment running smoothly with minimal disruption.  They have been quick to call out risks and alternatives as we adapt to changes in our business environment.

The Service Desk is overall very good but has made mistakes by "following the model" vs. common sense sometimes.  An example is significant understaffing for the first day back after the end-of-year holidays because the prior few weeks leading up to the first business day in January (when everyone calls the Service Desk because they forgot their password) were quiet.  The last two weeks of the year are ALWAYS quiet, many people globally are out for the Holidays...
