The overall performance of both the web vault and the browser extension is sluggish. Basic functionality takes a long time, and it seems like I spend too much time waiting for an action to complete. For instance, in the web vault, if I change the name of a password entry, it takes three or four seconds to process before the dialogue disappears and the list of password entries refreshes. In ProtonPass, this functionality is instant. The admin side of the house doesn't have much functionality either. Some of the reporting on password status is incomplete or difficult to use. There are only a few options for recovering an employee's vault after they've left, and basic features like passkeys don't seem to be supported (at least in our tenant).
