Communication Gaps and Clunky Auto-Fill Affect Keeper's User Satisfaction

Customizability of security policies and end-user experience: we're able to configure record and field types to fit with the type of credentials that are being stored. Solid integration with MS Entra for user and group management. Stable desktop application, phone apps and browser extensions: we have had very few technical issues. Easy sharing, both within teams and with external users through public one-time links, has practically stopped credentials from being shared in plain-text.

The auto-fill is clunky and will often fill out things it's not supposed to. We often have to recommend to power users that it be turned off.
