I like the self service password reset capability. Managing passwords is easy and the tool doesn't allow password reuse and/or weak passwords. We have reduced breach risk by up to 80%, which is a plus. It comes with an instant kill switch which can instantly deny access.

- the first-time credential storing sometimes does not record user id or record incorrect user id where manual overwrite is required, chances of typo is there - always fear of loosing master password for mobile version - no way to store 2 different user ids (eg privilege user id vs standard id) for the same site, which then allow me to pick which user id I want to use to login
