One Identity Password Manager, as a product, is extremely lacking in modern features, is slow running, has an unreliable upgrade process, and has core features constantly broken during product updates.
The reason this gets 2 stars rather than 1 is because, despite the mediocrity of the product itself, the One Identity support team is very helpful with working on fixes, or scheduling meetings to dive into undocumented settings in order to make the Password Manager product working again. However, despite that, it is still a product that is not fit for purpose for modern password management, and a recent pricing increase, paired with releasing two major versions in a row with broken core components, adds insult to injury
