Both free and paid are good to use. Very easy to access and add details and to share with other team members in the paid version. We have purchased this tool Annual Subscription to Store passwords of all devices and software where we need to login. Now it's easy to copy and paste the passwords as required while login and also password is hidden while coping so anyone standing infront also fine. The deployment was straight forward and the tool integrated well with our existing Flow. It provides a reliable and co-effective solution, operational effeciency and access management accross our organization. It has a good Audit trail and activity monitoring. The browser extension and Auto fill capabiltiy also made day to day access smoother and easy to use.

Password synchronization when navigation websites can be improved a lot. Also, it is pretty difficult to do a bulk upload of passwords from a provider like Bitwarden to Zoho vault
