I really like the advanced audience segmentation which lets me target the capabilities and the A/B testing tools are helpful when I am working on the digital experience and the AI personalization feature improves the overall experience of the customer.

VEC doesn't provide consistent results. Low ability to organize activities in a folder structure. Goal metrics are separated in reporting.
