User Interface is very easy & clean easily usable for non technical person. Its ability to deal with integration problems with the help of our merchandising team which manages all the rules and end to end process for browsing & searching. Its chrome extension is very helpful when working on the site.

> Some of the UI/UX isn't the friendliest to users new to the console > Inability to see required item thumbs from within the console and required items remaining required even when they're out of stock > Support can be a little slow/lack urgency on big issues > Big technical issues not always flagged so reliant on the user to catch them in good time > Reporting not the most accurate and not incredibly useful after a little while
