Sailthru is much more response to issues and questions than our previous ESP. That said, Sailthru seems ill-prepared to address our unique business needs and problems and overstated it's ability to do so during the sales cycle. Sailthru is also very marketer-unfriendly in terms of the level of technical expertise required to do basic personalization.
