The overall experience was great. Things are easy to upload and organize.  Things load quickly and the export features for images and the ability to crop and size are very nice.

Efficiency wise, it is well delivered. It has an intuitive interface, superb search features, and seamless collab tools. However, it is quite costly for a smaller or start-up team, and honestly it is not user-friendly, and I find the learning curve a bit steep when setting up advanced features or workflows.
