We went from a tool that our organization out grew. Arenas PLM tool cabability will allow us to grow without the restrictions of a more basix tool. The use of different spaces within the tool for items, requests, changes, suppliers, files, etc ensures you both know where to look for the file/data you need, while ensuring you are not overwhelmed with results

I think the interface is pretty clunky and dated which is probably what I dislike most about the product, though this is probably comparable to most of Arena's competitors. I don't like having the spaces for things like Items, Docs, etc... separated. Also, the product seems very focused on storing mechanical CAD and lacks some nuanced features that would make it more usable for electronics and documentation.
