NetApp FAS has very reliable and efficient storage performance as it handles the workloads without any hassle. It has built-in features like deduplication and compression, so you can automatically save space without putting in any extra effort. NetApp FAS setup process is straight forward, you don't need to spend a lot of time getting started. Day-to-day management is also very smooth, and if you ever need any support, the support team is quick to respond. NetApp continues to improve its platform when it comes to security.

The thick provisioning of volumes ends up taking up way more space than needed when it comes to our backup repositories and datastores.
