There are many features that I like in this tool. I love the fact that I can quickly find specific credentials by searching just the user name or the environment in the search box, which is a must have while switching between different Oracle instances. As per the roles assigned to us, only the relevant credentials are visible to us which is helpful in avoiding a cluttered list of credentials. Since the day I have started using this tool, I no longer need to save the credentials for multiple users and environments in my local system as i can quickly get them from Secret server with few clicks. Also, as a senior developer, I constantly have to share multiple credentials with my junior team members. In my previous project where Secret Server was not there, I had to be cautious and used to remain skeptical about which user's credential is being given to whom but in my current project i do not have to worry at all as everything is tracked in secret server. This also creates a sense of responsibility and ownership within my team members while accessing the confidential data over the oracle fusion. Also, for a few of the common deployment users in secret server, we have the check out option enabled due to which only one developer can use that credential for 2 hours and during that time no one else can use that credential. This helps us avoid duplicate deployments and overriding of each others work during Production deployment.

Calling passwords secrets instead of just calling them passwords gets confusing to users on my team who don't need to use the tool very often. There's a lot of options in the menus that teams don't need, which make the UI confusing and people ask for training to navigate. When I add a new user, I don't think there's a way to give them access to several secrets at once, and it can feel tedious to go into each secret they need to give them access. When there's not a user group, it also gets tedious to add a large group of users to a new secret. It would also be helpful to have a 2FA code generator integrated into the tool.
