What stands out most to me is the sense of control it gives without completely blocking operations. That balance is not easy to get right in privileged access management. I like that it helps enforce better habits without forcing security teams and system administrators into constant friction. The session controls and account protection features are the parts I value the most, especially when you need traceability and you want to reduce the usual risks around sensitive access. It makes privileged actions feel governed instead of improvised.

dislikes
implementation quality was pretty inconsistent. Areas and pockets of solid outcome but overall quite poorly aligned to overall business expectations. Delivery felt a bit weaker than we expected. Average overall experience really and the internal effort was a bit hire than we expected as well.
