Skan is very secure and offers highly valuable insights but has limited customization and integration options. Easy to use but not optimal for companies with complex structures.

I would have appreciated more proactive guidance regarding the infrastructure requirements and setup process.  The deployment took several months after contract signing due to activities and dependencies that were not fully understood upfront.  Earlier visibility into these requirements would have helped us prepare sooner and begin using the product much earlier.  Additionally, support coverage during US business hours would improve the overall customer experience and accelerate issue resolution.
