ABBYY Timeline consultants from the vendor were very knowledgeable and came to our office to spend a day training us. It was excellent training and gave us the jump start we needed. Throughout our evaluation they offered weekly check ins and when I had a question between check ins they responded back very quickly with answers or a call. The vendor made it very easy for us to evaluate this tool.

It's very easy to create new projects and analyse new processes, we just have to upload a CSV file and the tool creates automatic dashboards, discovery of variants, tasks and links. We can analyze data with pre-built filters like rework for example and we can customize some more complex filters. Conformance analysis is also very useful to compare theoretical and real processes.
