Overall Comment:"Initially, we had a lot of licensing issues on the Power BI Services, specially it was the total number of users which is allowed to use the charts concurrently, luckily, the support team from Process Science has done a good job, they responded and resolved our issues in a very timely and satisfactorily manner"

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

We use Process Science to review work management process which is very complicated. It has numerous statuses in the change logs. Sometimes it becomes difficult to understand when multiple statuses happen in the system at the same time. It's tricky to order them... Not sure if we can have some simplification in that area. There are few pages like Automation that doesn't help us a lot in our reviews. Maybe we need to understand more about it. More videos required from Vendor to understand the tool from the end user perspective. There are a few videos on website thats helpful but the team can do more on informational videos. Process Analyzer chart refresh is very slow when there are lot of data points Need to have regular expressions capability in constructing complicated target processes Display unfilered target process on chart should be an end user option, not just a developer option, so users can have option to enable/disable the unfiltered target processes, also choose their choice of colour. Overall, more chart options should be vialble to end users, not just developers. It will be easier if there is a tool to show the BI developer or end users on 1. The number of end users, including username or email address 2. The number of licenses, this helps to resolve licensing issues Event log transformer "prefix" setting should allow value based on import filename, not just a static value

Vendor Response

Thank you very much for your feedback, this is very helpful for us. We are aware of the issue with the sometimes slow loading time of the Process Analyzer, we are currently working on a completely new graph library that should solve this problem.

Have you already had a look at our Academy, where we have some courses on all our visuals and transformations, maybe this can help: https://academy.process.science/. Otherwise, please contact us again with the specific sorting problem.

We already have the functionality to build the target process using regular expressions on the roadmap.

We are taking up the matter of the setting options for end users in the UI and looking at which ones can be implemented properly. We will also try to expand our self-service to include an overview of the sessions currently in use so that developers have an easy way to check this in the event of license problems.
