The Pimberly platform is straightforward to use and navigate once users have received the appropriate training. It provides a central location for managing product information, product variations and digital assets, helping us maintain more consistent data across our systems. We also found the project and support teams easy to work with. They made a genuine effort to understand our requirements rather than applying a standard solution. Another major strength is its ability to integrate with modern ERP and e-commerce platforms, including Brightpearl and Shopify. Pimberly also offers a good range of native integrations, making it well suited to businesses moving towards a modern, connected technology infrastructure.
